Independent Tenants & Leaseholder’s Advisor

Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford, and District is introducing an Independent Tenants & Leaseholders Advisory (ITLA) service to support Flagship residents over the coming years. While this position is funded by Flagship, the ITLA will operate independently and its role will be shaped in consultation with the community.
 
The ITLA advisor will represent all residents—whether you’re a tenant, homeowner, private tenant, or landlord—and provide support and guidance through the detailed conversations that will take place in the years ahead. This individual will serve as a valuable resource for the community. The ITLA is expected to be established by October.

Since the development at Flagship is progressing in phases, we are inviting residents of the first phase to participate in the panel that will select the ITLA. If you are interested in joining this panel, please complete the form below. We plan to hold the panel for selection of ITLA on 23rd September at the Abbey Neighbourhood Centre, Thetford.
