Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford & District (CADAT) are pleased to announce the promotion of their current Chief Operating Officer Amy Griffiths, to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Amy has worked for Citizens Advice across regions and departments for the last five years. She has over 10 years’ experience in advice, guidance and operational leadership and is passionate about empowering and supporting communities through engaging locally and the provision and access to vital, quality advice.
Most recently Amy has been working side by side with the current Chief Executive, Chris Sargisson and both have been focused on the task of reorganising this important local charity’s structure to enable it to face the economic challenges and secure future funding, growth and success. Amy will now lead the organisation and apply the revised and refreshed strategy which includes new key roles focused on commercialisation and fundraising.
Chris Sargisson will continue to provide support by joining the voluntary board of Directors. The changes will come into effect Monday 31st July.
