Chris joins us following a successful 5-year period as CEO for the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce and brings with him a 30-year background of experience and successful entrepreneurial leadership that has been routed in both the transition of traditional organisations as well as the creation of dynamic new ones.

Chris’s engaged, motivational and encouraging style works to tackle the challenges and build on the energy in organisations to develop positive actions that enable and secure future growth and success.

Chris is enthusiastic about joining and supporting CADAT: “Working with a purpose and impact gives me that ‘jump out of bed, let’s do this” energy. My experience with the Chamber of Commerce has enabled me to see first-hand the positive impact of outstanding business support and advice but it also offered real insight into other critical organisations like Citizens Advice who have lifesaving ‘purpose and impact’ at their core.”

To strengthen the management team further Amy Griffiths has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Amy has worked for Citizens Advice in a number of different roles for the last four years with over 10 years’ experience in advice, guidance and operational leadership. She is passionate about empowering local communities whilst influencing policy nationally. “Our team is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable; Chris as our new CEO allows us to build upon this strong foundation and support our community at a time when people are facing extreme hardship and real uncertainty”
