If you are coming for a face-to-face appointment at our office, we ask that you please observe the following:
- Do not attend your appointment if you have any of the recognised symptoms of Covid 19, including a high temperature, or have come into recent contact with someone who has. A list of symptoms can be found here.
- Attend unaccompanied where possible.
- Bring your own drink, pen and something to write on.
- Use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.
We have screens in place to protect both our clients and advisers. We also ask you to respect the guidelines on social distancing and follow any instructions regarding entering and exiting the building given by members of our team. Both Diss and Thetford Offices will require you to have your temperature taken on arrival. Our toilet facilities in the Diss office (which are normally open to the public) are currently available to clients in emergencies only.
