Why Volunteer with CADAT?

Becoming a volunteer at CADAT involves more than just lending a helping hand. Our volunteers can work as advisers, trustees, fundraisers, campaigners, or even contribute to our new food hub initiative.
At our Diss and Thetford offices, you will have the opportunity to observe an adviser, discuss the experience with other volunteers, and gain insights into the wide range of issues we help people with, such as:
- Debt
- Housing
- Relationships
- Benefits
- Consumer matters
- And many more
A willingness to learn is all that we ask for!
CADAT offers comprehensive training programmes and ongoing support for our volunteers. You’ll never work alone and can always rely on a supervisor or fellow volunteer for assistance. Welcoming you to our friendly environment, we strive to provide a nurturing experience for both clients and volunteers.
No prior experience is necessary in these areas, as you will receive full training.
